My Review: This wine was a light yellow color and had a beautiful bouquet. It gave aromas of pears, flowers, and a hint of what I though was honeysuckle. There was a very fresh taste at the start with a little bitterness coming through in the mid palate. The bitterness turned into some heat towards the end that I was feeling from alcohol. This was had without food.
