My Review: This wine had an almost pale, gold, but almost clear color and was very bubbly, as expected from a sparkling wine. Aromas of pears and apples came through to me. This was light in body and had a crisp finish, but I did feel a little hotness on the mid-palate from the alcohol. I tried this wine with no food.
