My Review: This wine was a very light, golden color. It had strong apples and pears on the nose. The acidity came through right away with the sweetness following soon after. The effervesence of this wine made for a very interesting and pleasant mouthfeel. The finish was crisp, and it was very apparent that the acidity remained consistent throughout the tasting experience. This was had without food.
